| 20+ year old creative who loves anything retro, sci-fi & Cyberpunk! Outside of illustration, I'm a commercial dancer with Angel Wharmby's Phoenix and an aspiring model ♡ From a young age, I loved to draw. It was the one activity I could spend hours focused on...Ultimately I never stopped, that's how we got here! I'm a great traveller! Some destinations include America, Mexico, Portugal, London and Wales :) While successful, that wasn't always the case for me. At just 12 years old, I nearly lost my life to Guillain-Barre Syndrome. How lucky am I to be able to share my art with you? A reminder to make every moment count <3 |

Workflow for Custom Projects
1. Proposal
Submit your request with project details. Accepted proposals receive a free quote. All payments are up front.
3. Draft Phase
Artist provides design drafts. Must be approved before refining stage. Up to 6 revisions at no cost.
2. Electronic Signature
Based on project nature, you will receive a license agreement and must provide your signature.
4. Revision Phase
Approved drafts to be refined. All file deliverables are sent via email.

TERMS OF SERVICE
Artist: EvieDraws
1. General Provisions1.1 These terms apply to all commissions for illustrations, graphic design, and other artistic work.1.2 By working with EvieDraws, you agree to all terms written.1.3 The Artist reserves the right to update or modify the terms as necessary without prior notice.2. Copyright and Usage2.1 The Artist retains full copyright to all commissioned work unless an alternative license is in place.2.2 All work grants the Client a personal use license. Commercial use licenses must be obtained for monetised purposes.2.3 The artwork may not be altered, resold, or redistributed under any means without permission.2.4 You must credit the Artist upon publication, unless granted a commercial use license. Social tag @eviiedraws, by EvieDraws, or eviedraws.net.2.5 The Artist reserves the right to share commissioned work in their portfolio, website, and across social platforms, unless agreed upon in advance.3. NFTs and AI3.1 You are not allowed to use the work for AI (artificial intelligence) including, but not limited to, training or enhancements.3.2 You are not allowed to use or sell art as NFTs without an agreement and permission.4. Payment4.1 All payments are up front before the commission begins.4.2 Payments are accepted via PayPal.4.3 Payments are non-refundable.5. Work Process5.1 After payment has been confirmed, the draft phase will begin.5.2 Depending on the type of commission, you will receive updates and revisions.5.3 You may be charged for any major revisions after the draft phase.5.4 The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission or service at any time.6. Turnaround Time6.1 Please allow for up to 3 months for your work to be complete. This is dependent on the complexity of the project and artist schedule.6.2 Rush orders are +50% of the base price depending on complexity and timeframe.7. Watermarks7.1 Personal use projects have minimal watermarks.7.2 Commercial and monetised projects do not have watermarks.8. Deliverables8.1 The Client will receive the finished work in .PNG format.8.2 Source files (such as .PSD, .sai2) are not provided unless discussed in advance.9. Client Conduct9.1 Clients must remain respectful and professional throughout the process.9.2 Aggressive, rude, or manipulative behaviour will not be tolerated.9.3 Failing to follow conduct results in immediate cancellation and blacklist without a refund.9.4 The artist reserves the right to deny future collaboration without any reason.10. Legal Validity10.1 The terms come into effect immediately after the Client agrees to work with the Artist, regardless of where the order was placed.10.2 By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to all terms written, even if they have not been read in full.10.3 This document may be referred to as a record of agreement in the event of disputes or to protect the Artist's rights.
